QA Manager Amsterdam

Fruitful Office Benelux is looking for a QA Manager with a keen eye for quality, a passion for improvement and a heart that beats for sustainability.
Your role
As QA Manager , you are the guardian of quality, taste and freshness. You will ensure that our customers can always count on top-class fruit and that we continue to meet the highest quality standards – including FSSC 22000.
You will deal with:
- Performing checks on incoming goods and stock (inspecting fruit, analysing ripening status, fruit is delivered ready to eat);
- Managing, improving and securing our quality management system;
- Giving fruity quality training to colleagues – because knowledge is something you share together;
- Translating quality standards into practical, workable processes;
- Spotting improvement opportunities – because you always see room for growth.

Who you are
- HBO working and thinking level, with at least 2-3 years of experience in QA Management
- Fluent in Dutch and basic knowledge of English
- Works in a structured, tidy manner and is always looking to improve
- Energetic, decisive and communicatively strong
- Familiar with FSSC 22000 and basic knowledge of HACCP
- In possession of driving licence B and forklift certificate
- Living in or around Amsterdam
