Customer Service Representative

Do you want to work at the largest office fruit supplier in the Benelux within a young and motivated team? Are you looking for a challenging position in which you get a lot of responsibility? Then the position of Customer Service Representative is something for you! We are immediately looking for an enthusiastic and self-confident candidate who will do everything possible to provide the best possible customer service.
Responsibilities
- Central point of contact for customers (B2B)
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Preparing and following up offers
- Performing administrative work
- Manage tickets in the CRM system

- You know how to hold your own in hectic situations, are confident and open to constructive feedback
- Customer- and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
- You are skilled, people-oriented, flexible and can change gear quickly
Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level
- Affinity and/or experience with customer contact
- You have an excellent command of Dutch, English (French is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of fruit is not a requirement but a plus
- You live in or around Amsterdam
