Level 3 on the PSO
We’ve achieved Step 3 on the Performance Ladder for Social Entrepreneurship (PSO). More than 15% of our colleagues have a PSO registration. A clear sign that for us, social enterprise is more than words. The PSO is a quality mark developed by TNO. It measures how well organisations actually perform and shows how many opportunities they create for people with a vulnerable position in the labour market.
Step 3 means we are frontrunners. At Fruitful Office, more people with a distance to the labour market are employed (directly and indirectly) than at other organisations of our size. And we’re proud of that.
