Do you want to work at the largest office fruit supplier in the Benelux within a young and motivated team? Are you accurate, numerically strong and looking for a job with responsibility? Then the Financial Assistant position is for you!
We are immediately looking for an enthusiastic and structured candidate who will ensure that our financial records are accurate to the decimal point. In this position, you will report to the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities
- Debtor and creditor management (from A to Z)
- Ensuring timely payments and correct processing of receipts
- Checking and processing financial data
- Identify deviations and follow up where necessary
- Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closures
- Asset administration
- Stock administration
Who are we looking for?
- You are precise and work in a structured way
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role
- You are communicatively strong and interact easily with customers and suppliers
- You work independently, but also function well as part of a team
- You are proactive and enjoy thinking about process improvements
- You support Fruitful Office’s vision and believe in a healthy and sustainable way of working
Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably in finance, business economics or administration
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Good command of Dutch and English (French is an advantage)
- An Excel Topper (intermediate level) & preferably experience with Exact Online
- Living in or around Amsterdam
