Terms and Conditions

1. Crates and fruit displays
The crates and fruit displays in which we deliver and present your fruit remain the property of Fruitful Office. With every delivery, we take the empty crates back for reuse. We kindly ask you to prepare the crates on the day of delivery so that our delivery drivers can easily take them away. In case of intentional loss or damage, we charge €10 per crate.

2. Fruit mix
Our fruit specialists put together a fresh mix every week. Always seasonal, always top quality. We try to include your favourites as much as possible.

  • Basic mix – 4-5 kinds of fruit. Think bananas, apples and a few handy seasonal varieties.
  • Plus mix – 6-7 types of fruit. With snack vegetables, apples, bananas and additional seasonal fruit.
  • Premium mix – 7-9 types of fruit. Always including grapes (or similar), apples, bananas and a rich seasonal selection.

3. Trial period
You simply start with a 2-week trial period. This trial period is paid and is not automatically extended. Afterwards, you will receive the invoice. If you then decide to continue, we will send you a monthly invoice from now on.

4. Shelf life
If the fruit is stored at room temperature (15-20 °C), it will stay fresh and ready to eat for at least 2 days. If it is warmer or colder, this can affect its quality.

5. Quality promise
We want you to be happy with your fruit. Is something wrong? Let us know within 24 hours of delivery at admin@fruitfuloffice.nl. We always provide a suitable solution or compensation.

6. Delivery
On the agreed delivery day, we aim to deliver between 07:00 and 15:00. We take your opening hours into account as much as possible. Because we work with smart route optimisation, the delivery time may vary slightly from week to week. This way, we limit unnecessary kilometres and together reduce our impact on the environment.

7. Public holidays and weeks
We do not deliver on public holidays. In weeks with a public holiday, we may deliver your fruit on another day. You will receive a reminder about this at least 2 weeks in advance so that you can adjust your schedule or order if necessary. In the week between Christmas and New Year, we are closed and do not deliver fruit.

8. Adjust your order
Want to change something about your delivery? No problem. Simply change it in your personal online customer environment or let us know no later than 48 hours (2 working days) before delivery via admin@fruitfuloffice.nl. We will ensure that all changes are processed on time and will automatically deduct them from your next invoice.

9. Termination
We don’t like complicated contracts. Want to quit? You can do so at any time. The deliveries will continue until the end of the calendar month in which you cancel.

10. Invoicing and payment
We will send your invoice at the beginning of the month. The payment term is 8 days from the invoice date.

11. Price adjustments
Sometimes our prices change, e.g. because purchase or transport costs increase. We therefore reserve the right to adjust our prices. Should this happen, we will always inform you well in advance. You will never be unpleasantly surprised.

12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We only use your data to perform our service properly. You can read more about this in our privacy statement.

13. Validity
These agreements apply from your first delivery, during and after the trial period, until the cooperation has ended and all invoices have been paid.
